This motor has been developed with ease of installation in mind so even if its your first time installing an electric motor you need not worry .

The motor packs a powerfull 800 newton motor for even heavy doors and full force mapping so you do not need to worry about adjusting the unit as its fully automatic .
   
An in-built safety sensor detects any obstruction to the door movement, stopping the door and reversing if on the closing cycle .
 An in-built light on the back of the unit automatically switches on as the door opens and switches off after 3 minutes .
 
 The motor memorises the time taken to open and close the door and then ensures a softer start and stop to the movement (so there's less door slam).

Two handtransmitters are supplied, each with Four buttons (so they can operate more doors, gates or security lights).

Complete with 24 Months warranty. 

Emergency release from inside is also provided if the power failes to the unit .
