The TorqueMaster® counterbalance system ensures effortless manual operation: garage doors are no longer awkward to open. Our patented spring system is discreetly fitted above the door or at the rear of the horizontal tracks. The springs are enclosed in a steel tube to ensure user safety as well as easy installation.

It is equipped with anti-drop devices: additional security in the unlikely event of spring failure. 

A layer of CFC-II free flame-resistant polyurethane foam insulation (30 mm) is enclosed within a double steel skin. In addition to temperature and sound insulation benefits, it also greatly increases the door’s rigidity and resistance to denting.

Our doors are manufactured with injected polyurethane foam insulation using a patented process. For the same thickness, polyurethane foam provides twice the thermal performance of a polystyrene insulation. Furthermore, the insulation reinforces the door’s rigidity.
The "sandwich" type composition of the panels (insulation between two metallic surfaces) minimizes the loss of heat in the winter and keeps your garage cool in the summer. The insulation in the doors also acts as a barrier against noise. Thus protected, your garage can become a pleasant living space eg. for a workshop or a games room.
