The Wayne-Dalton Foamcore™ II (9100) is a double composite skinned sectional door with in-built polyurethane insulation (20 mm), for temperature stability coupled with excellent sound reduction. Once installed, your garage can become an extra room, no longer a draughty outhouse. Homes with integral garages will find the Wayne-Dalton Foamcore™ II (9100) an invaluable barrier to heat loss. Wayne-Dalton Foamcore™ II (9100) is supplied ready for automation.

Garage doors are no longer awkward to open: Wayne-Dalton doors are easy to move thanks to the exclusive TorqueMaster system.
Our patented spring system can be discreetly fitted above the door or at the rear of the horizontal tracks. The springs are enclosed in a steel tube to ensure the user’s full safety as well as easy installation. Thanks to TorqueMaster, the lintel height necessary for fitting is very small. The door is easily lifted.

The Wayne-Dalton Foamcore 9100 door is equipped with a 20 mm-thick injected polyurethane insulation foam, exterior steel woodgrain finish and interior in vinyl.

Our doors are manufactured with injected polyurethane foam insulation using a patented process. For the same thickness, polyurethane foam provides twice the thermal performance of a polystyrene insulation. Furthermore, the insulation reinforces the door’s rigidity.

Exterior: woodgrain embossed, galvanised steel panels with a low maintenance polyester finish in white

Interior : Woodgrain easy-to-clean galvanised steel panels, white to match the exterior.
All fittings are corrosion-resistant galvanised steel.

Weather-proof seals all around the door ensure watertightness.
A bottom astrigal seal is fitted at the foot of the door to absorb unevenness of the ground, thus completing its efficiency against bad weather.
The Wayne-Dalton pinch-resistant system has been patented since 1995. It consists of specially designed section profiles, which push fingers out of harm’s way when the door closes, minimising the risk of pinching between the panels.

The TorqueMaster III® is equipped with an anti-drop device which blocks immediately the rotation of the counterbalance system, preventing the possible fall of the door in case of spring failure.

The built-in struts provide rigidity to the door and add to its strength.
The roller-equipped galvanized steel end hinges link panels together, so that the door lifts following the curve of the track.
